  • It’s totally worth it to get the Black Diamond Raven Ice Axe. It’s sharp, strong, and feels light and comfortable on your hand. It’s very good for mountaineering and climbing. Even in soft conditions, the shaft still sinks really deep. An old friend of mine uses his black diamond as a walking stick because it’s sturdy and doesn’t break like most walking canes.
